How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?

All orders are processed as soon as possible on the basis of 'first come, first served'. Our aim is to dispatch all orders in 5-10 working days, the processing time of large orders may take longer time.

​How can I contact your courier?

If you have any issues with the delivery/parcel, which can happen in a very rare case, kindly contact us and we will do all we can to quickly answer all your concerns and questions.

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking code that can be used to track your parcel, The code will be sent to your e-mail address when an order will be dispatched.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept most major credit and debit cards for orders online. We also accept Paypal payments online. All online payments are protected by one of the UK’s leading secure encrypted gateway services and there is a very strict privacy policy, meaning that none of your information is ever shared with third parties. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed.

Do you provide International delivery?

It is possible to deliver worldwide. Prices for each country may vary, so please contact us for a delivery price. 
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. It is also advisable to check local laws if wood and wooden products are allowed to be imported into your country.

 

What is your returns policy?

You have a right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the purchase. A cancellation period starts at the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods. In such case, we require you to return the goods unused and in unopened packaging. You are responsible to pay for the return postage. You should be able to provide us with a tracking number received from the courier company. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (provided that all above-mentioned requirements are met).

Exceptions

Above mentioned does not apply if:

  • you ordered a personalized/custom-made item;

  • if you knew an item was faulty when you bought it;

  • you damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it..

What if the item I received is damaged during delivery?

We may offer a repair or replace an item if the following conditions are met:
1) MAKE photographs of the package within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Try to register that the package is damaged.
2) Ensure the damaged item is not put to use, in any way altered or moved from the address it has been delivered to.
3) Retain ALL packaging.
If the packaging the item arrived in is discarded, we won’t be able to submit a claim to the shipping company. Both the outer container AND the internal packaging must be kept.
4) Ensure photographs are taken of the damaged goods and of both the outer packaging AND the internal packaging.
To be able to submit a claim to the shipping company we will require photographic evidence of the damage to the goods and of the packaging used.

5) Damaged items must be reported immediately within 24 hours from the time they are received.

6) Damaged items must be returned to us within 7 days. You should be able to provide us with a tracking number received from the courier company.

Cancellations

We take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Whatever the reason, you can cancel your online order (excluding bespoke orders) within up to 24 hours after placing it as long as the item has not been dispatched - with no charges to you. If in an exceptional case we agree to cancel an order after 24 hours (if the item has not been dispatched) we will charge a Cancellation Fee - 5% from the total order amount (including shipping fee if such was paid).
